1. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.
2. Shipping Options & Costs
Standard Shipping: £4.95 Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Delayed or Missing Packages
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking number provided. If the package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact us at grant@vinylshakedown.com within 7 days.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
In the original packaging with all tags attached.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return

If approved, we will send you instructions on how to send your package back.
Please do not send items back without prior approval.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
